My on-site package can easily include fast laser or inkjet printers - a feature that anybody who has struggled with a foreign hotel's Business Centre outside normal hours will appreciate!

Another service you may find useful is the capturing of your medical event.
I can supply unobtrusive miniDV digital cameras on tripods to record your presenters, or multi-camera broadcast quality systems and experienced crew using my extensive contacts in the business, or anything in between -
perhaps a live video feed to an overflow room? or external site via a webcast? No problem.

As medical presentations have moved away from 35mm slides and acetates to embrace new technology, there are still speakers needing their decks replaced. Slide scanners exist but just putting an image of a slide into PowerPoint gives very unsatisfactory results visually as well as removing PowerPoints biggest advantage - the ability to edit! I can convert 35mm and acetate into real PowerPoint files, with editable text, tables and charts as well as images that maintain detail and colour, vital in medical presentations!

Screenwriter - a touchscreen panel mounted on the lectern to enable the presenter to highlight items on the slide in real time, similar to a laser pointer but with many advantages - the presenter can face the audience rather than turning around to point, thereby missing the microphones and offering the audience the rear view of the speakers' head! Speaker timer - Timing is everything, especially with tightly scheduled Symposia where any delay can have repercussions for the following presentations. Some speakers can get carried away and lose track of time, or rush their speeches unnecessarily.

Comfort Monitor Screens - placed on the stage or floor in front of the lectern or top table, a Confidence Monitor can relay the image shown on the main screen for the speaker or chairperson.
